Join Disability: IN Minnesota for the June member meeting. This meeting will feature member Mind Shift, providing a training on supporting employees with autism.

Organizations are increasingly focused on building inclusive teams, but often lack clear strategies for supporting neurodiverse talent. This interactive session offers practical, experience-based guidance on successfully hiring and supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Drawing on Mind Shift’s work as an employer-of-record and workforce partner, attendees will gain insights into what works—from hiring and onboarding to long-term success—along with actionable strategies to improve retention, communication, and team performance, plus real-world examples from employer partnerships.

About the Presenter:
Mind Shift is a specialized, non-profit staffing agency that harnesses the unique talents of autistic professionals to drive business success and strengthen communities.

This virtual meeting will be held on Zoom. Registration is required to attend. Please register by Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM.
