Partnering with Disability:IN Minnesota allows Element to move beyond awareness and truly drive impact. Engaging with top talent at the INclusive Career Fair and stepping up as mentors for the Career Connections Mentoring Program has been incredibly rewarding. This collaboration provides us with the vital resources and community connections needed to continually improve our workplace, dismantle barriers, and champion true disability inclusion.

Members, Touchstone’s Mosaic program and, RISE have partnered to integrate community-centered mental health support with specialized employment services. This holistic, person-centered collaboration addresses the whole person to help individuals gain stable employment, build confidence, and thrive in their communities.

Through close partnership with our 41 members, Disability:IN Minnesota strives for excellence in all we do. In 2025, we engaged 5,103 people across the digital community and had 704 participants in our events and activities for the year. Read the full 2025 Year in Review report to learn more.

As Disability:IN Minnesota honors its 25th anniversary, we reflect on a quarter-century of leadership and partnership in advancing disability inclusion across workplaces and communities. What began as the Minnesota Business Leadership Network has grown into a vibrant, purpose-driven organization dedicated to expanding opportunity and belonging for people with disabilities. This milestone celebrates not only our journey but the collective impact of our members, partners, and the broader Minnesota community.
