There is great value joining a professional organization that values the work and integrity of its membership. To me, membership with Disability:IN Minnesota means that I will have an opportunity to meet individuals interested in furthering the work of equity, increasing underrepresented voices in the workforce and getting ideas on how to create and foster a more inclusive work environment. My favorite membership benefit is the monthly meetings. They are always informative, tackle current issues, and are recorded in case I am not able to join live. Disability:IN MN provides excellent programming, opportunities to connect, and furthers the work we all need to do!
