In April, Disability:IN Minnesota will partner with its North Texas Disability:IN affiliate to host “Impact of Mentoring on Employment & Career Success” on Thursday, April 18, from 2:00-3:00 PM CT. Join us for a collaborative virtual event, to discuss the importance of mentoring programs and the positive impact of mentors, mentees, and allies in fostering an inclusive and productive workplace.

Mentoring relationships are key components in creating belonging and inclusive work environments, especially for those with disabilities.

  • We will explore how built-in, intentional mentoring relationships create positive and lasting outcomes.
  • We will also discuss the employment journeys of professionals who identify as neurodivergent or disabled, and how mentoring advocates have positively impacted their career growth and success.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn about the value of mentoring and how it can contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
