Presenters:
Jodi West has worked at Land O’Lakes for three decades, currently as a Business Analyst for Global Dairy Ingredients. In 2018, she co-founded Land O’Lakes’ DisAbility Awareness Employee Resource Group. Jodi’s passion for working with people with disabilities started with her son, Alex, who has cognitive disabilities. Jodi’s experiences advocating for her son — from ensuring his educational needs were met in the classroom to obtaining guardianship and securing employment — have driven her to become a fierce advocate. Outside of work, Jodi enjoys antiquing, reading and spending time with her family.
Nicole Rabinowitz is the founder of Inclusive Networking. She grew up in Minneapolis, MN, and graduated from the University of Kansas. She was trained in Customized Employment through Marc Gold and Associates (MG&A) and currently is an MG&A associate who trains and certifies those seeking Discovery Certification. Nicole is very passionate about supporting job seekers with disabilities in finding meaningful, integrated, competitive employment as well as providing support and innovative training to employers, employment specialists, and job coaches to create more diverse and inclusive work environments.

Paige’s goal is to increase accessibility to meaningful activities in life for all. She loves traveling, gardening, singing, and board games!
Meet Laura Andert, a Disability Inclusion Business Partnership Consultant with Inclusive Networking. Having a disability, she taught herself the importance of persevering and advocating early on. Laura gained experience working in various roles in the restaurant and hospitality fields. As a Disability Inclusion Business Partnership Consultant, she brings her insights, talents, and strengths to the table and thrives in her role every day!
