Disability:IN Minnesota invites you to join us for a members-only event on Thursday, November 17th, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm CST. This event will be presented in partnership with Disability:IN Greater Kansas City, Chicagoland, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Presentation: Aligning Your Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to Business
Session objectives:
- Understand how to help your organization accomplish its strategic priorities and contribute to its mission while increasing your ERG’s value.
- Leverage your ERG to build an organizational culture of access and inclusion.

- Bring your questions and ask the expert. This is your time to get answers for things that might be holding you back from starting a ERG/BRG and especially a disability focused group.
- This is a members-only, limited seating event. Each member of Disability:IN Minnesota may send up to 3 representatives from their business. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Presenter: Llisa Prater, HR D&I Consultant Emerging Leadership
Llisa Prater is a hard-working professional and an innovative leader with experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, college career services and all things people and culture. She’s worked in a variety of industries from entertainment, academia, retail, utility/energy and as an independent consultant. Llisa has created unique and exciting programming for university students and enhanced employee engagement through new communication tactics. She spent the last 8 years living in Chattanooga, TN where she built and led a D&I program for a 10k+ employee base organization and led a D&I consortium for the City of Chattanooga as an independent consultant. She recently relocated to her hometown of Pasadena, CA where she provides HR and D&I consulting services to non-profits, start-ups and private industry.
