Disability Inclusion Education For Key Professionals
Have you been looking for a disability inclusion training at your business? Our training benefits a variety of key professionals: Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership and Supervisors, and Human Resources.
One invaluable benefit of membership is our free Disability Inclusion Awareness Training. This 1 hour training can be delivered in-person or virtually to groups of 30 or less. Trainers provide interactive exercises and a safe space to discuss disability myths, barriers, etiquette, communications tips and practical steps for complying with the ADA/ADAAA when onboarding, interviewing and hiring individuals. Past participants found this training session to be extremely helpful. Participants shared that discussing real life disability situations and working through communication and accommodation solutions to be the most beneficial aspects of the training.
