” I enjoyed the Mentorship Program because I learned a lot from listening to people’s experiences. Also, it helped me build my network and taught me some strategies to prepare for a job search like learning about the role you are interested in, the company’s location, company size, company core values, etc. Additionally, I learned how to set boundaries, and clarify expectations to stand up in the workplace. Furthermore, we worked on some tips to make my resume more appealing. It was a nice experience, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to meet new people, refresh their minds, get the necessary gear for their new jobs, and learn more real-life experiences.”
Blanche Nicole was highlighted in an article from July 25, 2022 on UnitedHealth Group’s website discussing her employment there. Read the article here.
