Disability:IN Minnesota is proud to be celebrating 20 years as an affiliate organization of National Disability:IN!

We’ve grown in ways our founding board members never thought possible. Over the past 20 years we’ve:

• Gained members, large and small from across the state
• Created a successful annual career fair
• Designed and implemented our Career Connections Mentoring Program
• Established ourselves as the go-to experts in Minnesota for disability inclusion through our monthly membership meetings and disability awareness trainings
• Connected DEI and HR professionals to share best practices for recruiting, hiring and retaining employees with disabilities
• Enhanced employment and career opportunities for skilled candidates with disabilities
