2023: A Year in Review

Reflecting upon all we have achieved together, I’m filled with gratitude and awe as we approach the end of 2023. Your unwavering commitment to implementing best practices for hiring and retaining employees with disabilities and creating opportunities for skilled candidates with disabilities encourages us all to continue the great work we do.

Through close partnership with our 40+ members, we strive to achieve excellence in all we do. With great pride, we learned that 25% of our members have taken the Disability Equality Index and received a remarkable 90% or higher rating.

Minnesota is leading the way in providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Still, we won’t rest until everyone has a chance to succeed. With our dedicated Board of Directors, we are determined to spread the message of inclusivity and showcase the many benefits of a diverse workforce across the state. Together, we can create a brighter future for all.
